Delivery & Shipment Policy

  • Delivery estimates are given in good faith and we will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the time stated. However time is not the essence of the contract and we will not accept liability for any losses due to extended delivery times. If the expected delivery time is likely to, or does, exceed 14 days you will be able to cancel your order if you wish and receive a full refund of the monies you have paid.
  • We make a charge for delivery which is shown on your order.
  • Next Working Day delivery is available on most orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday.
  • Due to our carriers insurance they cannot bring your goods into your home and deliveries will be kerb side. So you may need to arrange assistance to get your carpets into your home. If there are access issues to your property please can you inform us so we can inform our carriers.
  • Driver may not bring the items into the property (Driver’s discretion).
  • Driver may require assistance on large items.
  • We can deliver Monday - Friday at our standard rate. If you wish to have a Saturday or A.M delivery this can be arranged at a surcharge which is available at your request.
  • Please check the goods carefully when you receive them to ensure that they are correct. In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact Customer Services on CompareTheCarpet@GenerationFlooring.com
  • Orders to Highland, Grampian and Offshore areas will incur a further surcharge, delivery to these areas can take up to 5 working days.
